This policy applies to the VPNRJ website, user panel and subscription services. It explains the scope and purposes of data processing and the choices available to users. Third-party payment pages and external websites follow their own privacy policies; visiting them from VPNRJ does not bring them under this policy.
Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNRJ does not require an email address for account creation. Authentication details are used to verify identity, maintain sign-in and protect account access. Passwords are not stored in plain text that customer support staff can read.
To provide subscriptions and handle billing, VPNRJ stores account-linked plan, order and payment status information, data usage and service validity status. Usage data is used to calculate allowances and does not include a list of websites visited. Descriptions and attachments users choose to submit with support tickets are used to address the related issue. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or complete subscription links.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Status
VPNRJ follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit over international routes, retain browsing histories or browsing content, or store destination address records that could be used to reconstruct individual browsing activity. Account and order records are not browsing logs and are not used to build browsing profiles.
Temporary connection status needed to operate the service is used only while a connection is being handled and is released when the connection ends; it is not stored as a persistent connection log. Cumulative usage is retained for allowance calculations, not details of individual visits. Diagnostic materials users voluntarily submit for troubleshooting are treated as support ticket data; remove sensitive content before sending them.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help assess traffic sources, reading activity, entry-point clicks and page errors, so VPNRJ can improve navigation and user flows. These statistics relate to website and user panel pages; they do not record activity on other websites accessed through the subscription service.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain sessions, save login credentials, remember language selections and retain essential interface preferences. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings. Clearing login credentials requires signing in again, while restricting essential storage may affect panel features. On shared devices, sign out and clear the relevant credentials after use.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
VPNRJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties, which handle transaction data under their own rules. VPNRJ receives payment results, transaction identifiers and amount information to reconcile orders; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
VPNRJ does not sell account data. Order information is shared with relevant processors only as necessary to reconcile payments, issue refunds or resolve disputes. If disclosure is legally required, the basis for the request will be verified and disclosure limited to what the law requires.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to meet billing, refund, dispute-resolution and legal obligations. Support tickets and analytics are retained only until the relevant support or analysis purpose is fulfilled. Retention periods vary by data type; information is not kept indefinitely under a single blanket period.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct or delete account-related data through the support ticket portal. VPNRJ will verify account ownership and explain the scope of processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and future support. Data that must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute will have its use restricted and be deleted or de-identified when the basis for retention no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
If service processes or applicable requirements change, VPNRJ will update this page and adjust the month shown above. Material changes to data use, processing scope or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be requested separately.
